simplify-timesheet is a FREE web-based timesheet management
application for small/medium scale enterprises. the product comes with
4 pre-defined user roles. users can fill in their
daily work details in the system and send auto generated reports to an
incharge one level up in the hierarchy. The product has no public-facing
stuff and is all behind the login by a user. the system menu changes
based upon the login/role of the user.
for PHP version 5.1.4(and above) users, simplify-timesheet now comes
with a powerful reporting tool with pie-charts for the time-efficiency
of a user. the reports can be sent via email, saved on the local
desktop as a pdf document or can be exported as an XML document. this
functionality is powered by the Zend
Framework.
simplify-timesheet requires PHP(version 4.7 or above) and MySQL. PEAR-DB
support for PHP is needed.
